Steps of Construction:
⏩ Draw a circle (I) of radius 3 cm.
⏩ Take a point P at 10 cm away from the centre of first circle.
⏩ Join OP.
⏩ Draw perpendicular bisector of OP.
Let M be mid - point of OP.
⏩ With M as centre,draw another circle (II) with radius MO which intersect circle (I) at T and T'.
⏩ Join PT and PT'.
⏩ Thus, PT and PT' are required tangents.
