By taking the compass on ruler keep the metal end of the compass on the 0 and stretch it out to 3.2 and draw the circle

Answer :-

  1. First, open the compasses for the required radius 3.2cm.
  2. Make a point 'O' where we want the centre of the circle to be.
  3. Picture the pointer of compasses on O.
  4. Turn the compasses slowly to draw the circle.
  5. Circle is ready!
