At first we will draw a circle of 3.3 cm radius .

After this we are asked to draw a chord of 6.6 centimetre which will be the diameter of the circle because the diameter is always double of radius and the radius is 3.3 cm then the diameter will be 6.6cm and so given chord's length is .

Now as per the question we will draw two tangents at the point P and Q .

The both tangents will be perpendicular to the circle and parallel to each other .
