Draw a circle of radius 3 cm construct a pair of tangents to the circle from a point at a distance of 7 cm from the center

• Draw a circle with centre O of radius 3cm.



•Take point P at a distance of 7 cm from the centre of the circle.



• Draw seg OP.



• Draw the perpendicular bisector of seg OP. And give name point M to the intersection of seg OP and it's perpendicular bisector line L.



• Take radius of OM on the compass and draw arc.



• Give names A and B of intersection of arc.



• Draw the tangents PA and PB.
