2. Draw the bisector of OP which intersect OP at M.
3. Taking M as centre and MO as radius, draw a dotted circle. Let this circle cuts the given circuit A and B.
4.Join PA & PB.
5. Thus , PA & PB are the required tangents. By measurement using scale PA= PB = 4 cm.
