Draw a circle of radius 3cm. Take a point A at a distance of 5cm from the centre. Without using the centre draw a tangent from point A to the circle.

2. from o extend line to point A about 5 cm

3.bisect OA

4.then draw a line perpendicular to OA and name it O'.
