2. From it's center O, draw a line measuring 12cm, let this line be called OP. Draw the perpendicular bisector of OP. Let it's bisector be point Q.
3. Now, taking Q as centre and QP=QO as radius, draw a circle.
4. Let the points at which this newly drawn circle touches the original circle be A and B.
5. Now, join AP and BP. Therefore, AP
and BP are the required tangents.
