Step-by-step explanation: To draw the circle u will have to draw a line of 5cm (radius) and lets name the point x.

The start point of the line is where you will have to place your point of the rounder and adjust the pencil/pen so that it will be on the end of the line and draw the circle. then draw a second radius from the center to the opposite point of point x (lets name it point y) the line from point x to point y will be the diameter which will be the longest chord.
