STEPS OF CONSTRUCTION :
- Draw a circle with radius 6 cm.
- Draw a point p which is away 10 cm from the center.
- Now, Join the PO line and perpendicular bisector of PO.
- Take m as the mid point of PO.
- Take m as center and draw a circle with radius MO.
- Intersect the circle of points Q and R.
- Now, Join the line PQ and PR.
PQ and PR are the required tangents.
