first you have to make a circle and then from the centre of that circle you get away 8cm and then draw another circle which is a 5 cm I think from this question the both the circles are of radius then construct a pair of tangent to the circle tangents are are touching the one point of a circle as we know and tangents are lines so we can't able to find the length of the tangent as a line is infinity and I think the question is wrong because find the length of the tangent it can't be possible
