Draw a circle with centre O and radius 3.5 cm. Take point P at a distance 5.7 cm from the centre. Draw tangents to the circle from point P.

Steps:
1) First we make a circle with radius OR = 3.5 cm .
2) Then,we took  a point P which is 5.7 cm away from centre of circle. 
 After that,we draw tangents from Point P to the circle. 

In the diagram , 
The equation of Circle is 
 x^{2} +y^{2} =3.5^{2}
