STEP 2 : Take a ruler and mark a point B at a distance of 3.4 cm from P
(THE line AB is the radius of the circle.
STEP 3: Take a compass and keep the tip of it at P and the pencil on B.
STEP 4: Now draw a circle by not moving the tip of compass but rotating it instead
