Step-by-step explanation:

You can do that by yourself, its easy

just take a scale, compass and a protractor

First insert pencil in your compass and put one leg of the compass to '0' and the other leg where you put pencil to 5cm on the scale.

now keep the other leg of the compass on your notebook and turn around such that the tip of pencil keeps drawing your full circle.

Now you have a circle with 5cm radius.

Next , draw a straight line from the middle ( from the point where you placed your other leg of the compass to any side of the circle.

Now use protractor and align the middle point with the line drawn inside the circle, On the exterior of the circle put a dot on 35°

with the help of scale draw another line from the middle of the circle straight to the point you marked on the exterior of the circle ( the line outside the circle is not necessary.

now follow the same step with your protractor, this time with the new line you've just drawn and put a dot at 72° and connect it with a line from the middle,

continue this step till you've finished everything asked .
