Draw a combinational circuit with 3 entries (x,y,z) and 3 exits (f1, f2,f3)
Apply the following:
1. when in entry appears the binary representation of one of the numbers 0, 1, 2 and 3, then in the exit it must be the binary representation of the equivalent of the appearing number plus 1.
2. when in entry appears the binary representation of one of the number 4, 5, 6, 7, then in the exit it must be the binary representation of the equivalent of the appearing number minus 1.
