At every point of instance time is changing......

And we know that at any point velocity vector is drawn by drawing a tangent at that point.....

In case 1....when velocity is V1.....tangent is towards east....

In case 2.....when velocity is V2....tangent is towards south.....

We know that....

ACCLERATION=CHANGE IN VELOCITY/TIME TAKEN

Therefore, ACCLERATION=V2-V1/unit time

And as magnitude of V1=V2.......at every instance magnitude of accleration will be constant.....So it is uniform.....but due to change in direction of velocity vector....it wil be acclerated motion...
