Figure below shows the magnetic field lines

Explanation:

  • In the picture attached below, the magnetic field lines of a simple magnet are shown.
  • They refer to the south pole from the north pole.They pass right through it, so that the magnetic field points from the south pole to the north pole within the magnet.
  • The magnetic field lines thus form a closed loop and have no ends at all.
