Answer:

Full-wave rectification : Full-wave rectification rectifies the negative component of the input voltage to a positive voltage, then converts it into DC (pulse current) utilizing a diode bridge configuration.

Explanation:

Working of Full-wave rectifier :

Full wave rectifier utilizes both halves of each AC input. When the p-n junction is forward biased, the diode offers low resistance and when it is reversing biased it gives high resistance. The circuit is designed in such a manner that in the first half cycle if the diode is forward biased then in the second half cycle it is reverse biased and so on.

Principle of Full-wave rectifier:

The circuits which convert alternating current (AC) into direct current (DC) are known as rectifiers. If such rectifiers rectify both the positive and negative half cycles of an input alternating waveform, the rectifiers are referred as full wave rectifiers.

Full-wave rectifier convert AC in DC . Full wave rectifire are used in many places such as Mobile charger, Laptop Charger, Home invetor to charge it's battry.
