Food enters the mouth saliva is secreted which contains salivary amylase
Food enter the stomach through esophagus and in stomach it is mechanically crushed with pepsin and hcl then it enters small intestine and all digestion is done here in large intestine walter and minerals are absorbed the food is stored temporarily in rectum and then efluxed out through anus
