Current is voltage divided by resistance. In parallel each resistance is connected to the supply voltage and the total current is the sum of the two. 6/3=2 for one plus 6/2=3 for a total of 5 amps. If the question is theoretical or the battery has 6 volts under load then this is the answer. However in practice batteries have internal resistance that will reduce the output voltage when load is added and so reduce the current output.
