To Do :

Draw A line segment 8 cm and bisect it.

Step-of-Construction :

  • Draw a line segment of AB.
  • Put the compass on the point of A.  
  • Draw two arcs on both sides of AB with a radius more than \bf {\dfrac{1}{2}} AB.
  • Put compass on the point of B.
  • Draw two arcs on both sides of AB having some radius which meets the previous arcs at P & Q.
  • Join the Point P with the point Q.
  • PQ bisect at the point of M.

Note -

Refer the Attachment for the Figure.

These steps are more important than figure, So Never try to skip this.

This means not that you won't draw figures. You have to draw it.
