Hey friend,

First draw a line AB = 10.4 cm

Then draw an perpendicular bisector of AB using compass.

Half AB in two parts by joining perpendicular bisectors.

Similarly, bisect the half of line. mark the point as p. 

PB is the 3/4 of AB.

1. Draw a line AB = 10.4 cm.

2. Draw the perpendicular bisector of the line AB.

3. Name the point of intersection of the perpendicular bisector and AB as C .

4. Draw the perpendicular bisector of the line AC.

5. Name the point of intersection of the perpendicular bisector and line AC as E.

6. You will get 3/4 of AB that is line EB= 7.8 cm.
