Step-by-step explanation:

Steps for Construction :

* Draw a line AB = 5.5 cm

* Taking Point A as radius take radius of 6 cm on Compass and draw an arc

* Now taking Point B as centre take radius 4.8 cm and draw an arc.

*The point at which the two arcs meet is Point P

* Now taking point P take radius of any suitable and draw a semi circle

*Draw a line parallel to AB from point P

* Draw 90° angle on the above drawn line from Point P.

* This will meet AB at a point and form 90° with it also because if one angle between two parallel lines cut by a transversal is 90° then all interior angles = 90°.

HENCE, YOU WILL DRAW THE REQUIRED FIGURE.
