3. From the point A, let's make an arc cutting the Straight line segment drawn in step 1.  Let's name the intersection of the arc and the straight line segment as B.  AB is of length 6.3 cm.

4. From point A, let's draw arcs on both sides of AB, with a radius little bigger than half of AB.

5. Repeat step 4 from point B.

6. Arcs drawn in step 4 and step 5 intersects each other at Point P and Point Q.

7. Connecting PQ, we get intersection of PQ and AB at the point O.
