Step I : Draw a line segment of 12cm name it as A and B.

Step II : Point C in the middle of the line segment A and B.

Step III : Draw an angle of 60 degree through compass.

Step IV : Then Draw an angle of 120 degree through compass.

Step V : Then u will get 90 degree of angle in between 120 degree and 60 degree of angle.

Step VI : Then do same in the bottom side of line segment A and B.

Step VII : Join the line which is made in the center of line segment A an B

Step VIII : The joined line which is passing through line segment A and B is the perpendicular of A and B.
