so that AA1=A1A2=A2A3=A3A4=A4A5=A5A6=A6A7=A7A8.

4) Join BA8.

5) Through the point A3 draw a line parallel to A8B

(By making an angle equal to ∠AA8B) at A3 intersecting AB at the point C.

Then AC : CB = 3 : 5.
