as 3:2is improper fraction add it 3+2=5
then it becomes 3/5
so from A draw reflex angle and divide it into 5 parts (you can take 1cm each) then join triangle from 3part and draw parallel to the previous line from 2nd part There it forms 3:2 ratio.
