Steps:

1) Draw a line segment pq of 8.4cm

2)Take radius more than half of the line segment pq in compass.

3)Then p as center draw an arc up and down of the line segment pq and then q as centre draw an arc up and down of the line segment pq.

4) Then join the intersecting point .


This is the perpendicular bisecter of line PQ
