Follow the below steps to get the required ratio division.

a. Draw the line segment AB with the given length i.e. 7cm.

b. Draw another line AX below B and with some acute angle.

c. Divide the line segment AX into 5 parts (sum of 2 and 3). Mark the point Y of length 2 parts on AX.

d. Join B and X such that AXB forms a triangle.

e. Finally draw a line from Y parallel to BX such that it meets AB at C.

f. Now AC:CB is 2:3
