Although a machine and a human brain are totally different in terms beyond explanation, here are a few genuine reasons to differentiate them. Here are the parts of the brain that are different and more efficient than a machine.

1. Cerebrum - The Cerebrum, also known as the cortex, is an area in the brain which is responsible for an action and the thoughts associated. A machine cannot think and act accordingly. It acts according to the program which has been fed into it. So, a human brain's cerebrum is an area which will help in thinking and be taking an appropriate action.

2. The Frontal lobe - It helps in the planning of the motor skills and also anticipates or helps in judging a problem, for organization etc. Emotions are also associated with this lobe.

3. The Parietal lobe - Although a machine could also be built with highly sensitive senses, the parietal lobe in the human brain makes humans a totally higher species when it comes to differentiating senses and to act according to the senses.

The Occipital lobe, the cerebellum, the brain stem, and the Temporal lobes are the regions which help in differentiating and to prove that a human brain is efficient than a monotonously working machine.
