Difference between plant cell and animal cell is :-

Plant cell :-

  • These are lager in size
  • cell wall is peresnt
  • plastid are present
  • large vacuole

Animal cell :-

  • These are smaller in size
  • cell wall is absent
  • plastid are absent
  • smaller vacuole

Know more :-

Cell :- all living organisms are composed of small microscopic unit called cell . cell is the basic functional unit of life .

cell was first discovered by Robert hooke in 1665 .

Cell membrane :- this is outermost covering of cell that separate content of cell from its external environment .

cell wall :- plant cell have brigade outer protective covering called cell was which lie outside the cell membrane .

Vacuole :- these are fluid filled or solid will membrane bound spaces in cytoplasm.

plastids :- these are found in plant cells only . plastid are largest cell organelle in plant.

they are divided into two types

  • Leucoplasts
  • chromoplast

Cell wall :- cancel have a gate out a protective covering called cell what which lie outside the plasma membrane . cell wall is non living freely permeable and mainly composed of cellulose .

Nucleus :- nucleus is the largest cell structure. it is a spherical or over permanent structure usually located in centre of the cell .

Robert Brown in 1831 discovered the nucleus in the cell .

Parts of nucleus :-

  • Nuclear membrane :- it is a double layer membrane which separates nucleus from cytoplasm.it has force cal nuclear force which allowed the transfer of material from inside the nucleus to the cytoplasm

  • Nucleoplasm :- it is a homogeneous and granular a dense fluid present inside the nucleus , in which chromatin and nucleolus are suspended

  • Chromatin material :- it is consist of long coil network of third like structure . chromatin material is made up of the deoxyribo nucleic acid ( DNA )

  • Nucleolus :- it is more or less round structure found inside the nucleus .
