2. Cell wall- This is the major difference between plant cells from animal cells because animal cells do not have a cell wall. It is an outer layer present in fungi, plants, bacteria, and algae. it basically provides protection and shape to the cell. The cell wall is mostly made up of cellulose.

3. Chloroplast- It is important in plant cells so that photosynthesis can take place.
