1. Hypothalamus Gland

The hormones that are released by this gland regulates the secretion of hormones that are released by pituitary gland.

2. Pituitary Gland

The anterior portion of this gland releases hormones like growth hormone, luteinizing hormone, prolactin, follicle stimulating hormone, etc.

3. Pineal Gland

This gland secretes or produces a hormone known as melatonin. This hormone regulates the 24 hour rhythm like temperature of our body and sleep wake cycle of our body system.
