firstly draw a circle(o,r) of radius 4cm.. from the centre draw a radius AO... From point O, draw an angle AOB = 45 degree (180-135).... from point A draw angle OAX = 90 degree and from point B draw an angle OBY = 90 degree..... the point where these lines intersect, mark it as point P.....
hence, AP nd BP are the required tangents.....
