- draw a circle of radius 5 cm. with cetre as O.
- draw a radius to the circle, mark as OA.
- construct 60° at O and extend the ray. mark the point as B where the ray meets the circle.
- now, at points A and B construct 90° with the radius and extend these rays.
- mark the point where ever these rays meet as P
- PA and PB are the required tangents.
