2 ) then draw an internal angle of  135° ( 180° - 45° )

3 ) join the angle tips to the circle ( from inside )

4 ) as tangents are drawn at 90° by the radius at point of contact

5 ) after joining the tangents drawn from the circle you will find a point         outside the circle  and it will be 45°
