Step 3 : Join  OP

Step 4 : Draw a line perpendicular to OP this will be firs tangent

(360° - 90° - 90° - 45° = 135°)

Step 5 : Draw an angle of 135° at center on OP such that it meets circle at point Q

Step 6 : join OQ & draw ⊥ at OQ  and extend till it cut 1st Tangent

Hence We get two tangents inclined to each other at an angle of 45°
