Hint:

1st Make a circle of radius 5cm, then make a tangent to it. Join this Tangent to the centre. Now The angle in between the radii perpendicular to the tangents will be two times the angle in between the tangents.

So draw a radius at an angle of 150° to the 1st radius, and then finally join the point of intersection of the radius to the tangent perpendicularly.

steps of construction.
construct a circle of radius 5 cm.
take an point on circle P and join that point to the centre of circle OP.

at o construct an angle of 105 degree with the help of compass.
note: angle of 105 degree will be drawn between an angle of 90 degree and 120 degree.
name the other point as Q such that poq is 105 degree.
at points p and q construct angles of 90 degree.
extend both the lines till they meet at the point t.
this is the req construction.
hope it helps.
please mark it as brainliest.
if any doubt please comment.
