Step  3: Take length = PQ and draw an arc from point S

Step 4 : Take length = PS and draw an arc from Q intersection arc drawn in step 3 at point R

PQRS parallelogram is constructed

join PR  & QS

PR & QS intersect at O

Compare the two parts of each diagonal with a divider we found

PO = OR  

QO = OS
