Flower : It is the reproductive structure found in flowering plants. It produces seeds through reproduction. After fertilization , the portion of flowers containing seed develop into fruit.

Fruit : The fleshy or dry ripened ovary of the flowering plant. Thus , bananas , tomatoes , cucumber , grains etc.

Leaf : It is the part of the plant that prepare food for the plant.

Bud : It is the small protuberance which may develop into a leaf , flower or shoot. It is an incomplete opened flower that is not yet matured.

Node : Nodes are those areas from which leaves , branches , roots grow out from stem.

Internode : The part between two nodes.

Stem : The part of the plant which transports water , minerals to the plant .

Roots : It is the underground part of the plant which helps to absorb water and minerals from underground. It holds the plant to stand straight.
