We are required to provide a poster on stress management. First, we shall provide what actually a poster should contain and then provide our drawing.

• A poster is a promotion of an idea or event.

• Usually, a poster uses both graphics and text to present the idea but a poster also may be made up of either one.
• We should take care to see that neither the poster is filled with very small details nor vice-versa.
• A poster should be informative and eye-catching.  
• Stress management is very important and especially nowadays when our lives are full of tension.
• If we are not able to manage our stress we will start to have a number of diseases.
• I have provided a number of things which we can do to relieve ourselves of our stress.
