Steps to draw quadrilateral with given values is given below -

Draw the line AB.

Make angle B = 110° with the the help of compass.

Mark 4.2 cm on line B.

At 4.2 cm, the point is C.

At C, with reference to line, mark the angle 105°.

Now, at angle A, mark the angle 70°.

Extend line C, with respect to the angle.

Then, join point A, to the line extended from C.

The joining point will be D.

The quadrilateral is ready.
