4x and 3x is the lenght and breadth of rectangle respectively.

perimeter of rectangle = 2(l+b)

                               13=2(4x+3x)

                                 13=2(7x)

                                  13=14x

                                  x=13/14

        therefore, length =4(13/14)

                            &  breadth = 3(13/14)
