Draw the line PR of length 7 cm.

Draw the perpendicular Bisector of line PR.

Considering the origin the point of intersect of lines, draw the Arcs of length 2.5 cm and name the points Q and S where the Arcs insect the bisector of line PR.

Joint the point P with Q and S.
