here I have marked abcd etc to give a deep explanation.
⚫first draw a line.
⚫And then putting your compass on point A , draw a hemisphere.
⚫Then putting your compass on point B , draw a small arc C ..using the same measure cut an arc D from the point C .
⚫Now increase the measure in the compass and from point C and D, cut two arcs which meet together at the top , this is your 90°
⚫Now place your compass at points E and B and cut an arc that joins them , this ur 45° ie, perpendicular bisector of 90°
