Draw a schematic diagram of an electric circuit consisting of a battery of two cells each of 1.5 V, 5 Ω, 10 Ω ,15 Ω resistors and a plug key, all connected in series. Calculate
(i) the effective resistance of the circuit
(ii) the current flowing through each resistor.

1). resistance of circut is given by

R=R1+R1+RE

R=5Ω+10Ω+15Ω

R=30Ω

2). current I resistor

I1=\frac{V}{R}=\frac{1.5}{5}=0.3A

I2=\frac{V}{R}=\frac{1.5}{10}=0.15A

I3=\frac{V}{R}= \frac{1.5}{15}=0.1A
