Nature of magnetic field lines-The magnetic field lines inside a current-carrying solenoid are parallel to its axis.

Magnetic field inside a solenoid-Near the center of the coil, the magnetic field lines are nearly straight and parallel. Near the coil, the magnetic field lines are nearly circular and concentric.
