ECG stands for Electrocardiogram.
● Electrocardiogram -
- Electrocardiogram shows electrical activity of the heart based on electrodes placed on body.
- Normal ECG consists of following waves - P wave, QRS complex, T wave.
# Interpretation -
- P wave represents atrial depolarization.
- PR interval represents transmission of signal from atria to ventricles.
- QRS complex represents ventricular depolarization.
- ST segment represents platue phase.
- T wave represents ventricular repolarization.
