equation of line is = (y-y1)={(y2-y1)÷(x2-x1)}×(x-x1)

m = slope = (y2-y1)÷(x2-x1)

m = (-3-6)÷(4--2)= -9÷6 = -3÷2

y-6 = (-3÷2)×(x- -2)

2×(y-6)= -3×(x+2)

2y-12= -3x-6

2y+3x-6=0
