Draw a to increase the current sensitivity of a moving coil galvanometer by 50%, its resistance is increased so that new resistance becomes twice its initial resistance. by what factor does its voltage sensitivity change?

sensitivity of galvanometer can be increased by making c/BAN very small.

it can b done by

  1. increasing length of suspension wire
  2. decreasing the diameter of suspension wire

3. increasing no of turns N

but it is not convinient so sensitivity is increased by increasing the value of magnetic field B
