QUESTION-----

draw a triangle ABC in which BC is 5.2 cm angle B = 60° and angle A = 100°

ANSWER------

Draw a horizontal line. Using a scale or a compass (using arcs) locate B and C such that BC= 5.2 cm.

2. At B, draw a line at 60 degree inclined to BC, using a protractor.

∠C = 180 - ∠A - ∠B = 20°

3. Draw a line inclined at 20 deg. to CB, at point C using a protractor. This line is to cut the earlier line from B.

4. The point of intersection is point A.  The angle at A will be 100 degree.
